Kevin W. Geisler’s experience has been in taxation, Internal Revenue Service representation, auditing, management advisory services, computerized accounting systems and financial accounting services. He has provided audits, reviews, computer accounting systems and taxation services to physicians, retailers, construction and various for-profit entities and not-for-profit related entities since 1992.

Mr. Geisler’s relevant experience includes:

  • Design and implementation of computerized accounting systems and internal controls for various entities
  • Controller services for physicians offices and retail establishments, which includes providing cash flow management, payroll services and other consulting services
  • Internal Revenue Service representation for individuals as well as various entities

Professional Experience

Vicki L. Kleiman’s experience has been in accounting, taxation, cash and financial accounting services, accounting software setup and training, corporate controller, and management advisory services. She has setup numerous accounting software systems for clients, trained staff, and
served as controller by the hour to maintain systems, continue staff training and consult with management. She also has experience as a corporate controller handling all areas of the business including human resources, cash management, accounting, real estate acquisition, and expansion
projects.

Vicki’s relevant experience includes:

  • 5 years experience as corporate controller
  • Partner in Public Accounting Firm since 2004
  • 25 years experience in accounting and business management for a wide assortment of businesses from small “mom and pop” to oil and gas drilling companies.

    INDIVIDUALS

    Form 1040
    US Individual Income Tax Return: Annual Income tax return filed by citizens or residents of the United States.

    Form 1040A
    US Individual Income Tax Return: Shorter version of Form 1040 allows you to report limited types of income and to claim certain adjustments.

    Form 1040-ES
    Estimated Tax for Individuals: Figure and pay your estimated tax on income that is not subject to withholding.

    Form 1040EZ
    Income Tax Return for Single and Joint Filers with No Dependents: If you file Form 1040EZ, you cannot itemize deductions or claim any adjustments to income or tax credits (other than the earned income credit).
