Florida CPA Services, P.A. was organized in 1999 by Kevin W. Geisler, CPA. Kevin Geisler organized the firm after practicing in the field of public accounting for over eight years in Manatee County.
On August 22, 2004 Vicki L. Kleiman became a partner with the firm. Our mission is to help our clients succeed. With this mission we have continued to grow into a reputable, full service accounting firm which is responsive to its clients needs.
We provide not only traditional historical-based audits, accounting and taxation services but also provide specialized business and management advisory services.

Kevin W. Geisler, C.P.A.
Kevin W. Geisler’s experience has been in taxation, Internal Revenue Service representation, auditing, management advisory services, computerized accounting systems and financial accounting services. He has provided audits, reviews, computer accounting systems and taxation services to physicians, retailers, construction and various for-profit entities and not-for-profit related entities since 1992.
Mr. Geisler’s relevant experience includes:
- Design and implementation of computerized accounting systems and internal controls for various entities
- Controller services for physicians offices and retail establishments, which includes providing cash flow management, payroll services and other consulting services
- Internal Revenue Service representation for individuals as well as various entities
- Tax, accounting, and financial statement audit services for not-for-profit, for-profit and condo and homeowners associations in Manatee and Sarasota Counties
- Tax supervisor for a multinational public corporation

Vicki L. Kleiman’s experience has been in accounting, taxation, cash and financial accounting services, accounting software setup and training, corporate controller, and management advisory services. She has setup numerous accounting software systems for clients, trained staff, and
served as controller by the hour to maintain systems, continue staff training and consult with management. She also has experience as a corporate controller handling all areas of the business including human resources, cash management, accounting, real estate acquisition, and expansion
Vicki’s relevant experience includes:

US Individual Income Tax Return: Annual Income tax return filed by citizens or residents of the United States.
US Individual Income Tax Return: Shorter version of Form 1040 allows you to report limited types of income and to claim certain adjustments.
Estimated Tax for Individuals: Figure and pay your estimated tax on income that is not subject to withholding.
Income Tax Return for Single and Joint Filers with No Dependents: If you file Form 1040EZ, you cannot itemize deductions or claim any adjustments to income or tax credits (other than the earned income credit).
Miscellaneous Income: File this form for each person to whom you have paid various income during the year.
Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return: Employers who withhold income taxes, social security tax, or Medicare tax from employee’s paychecks or who must pay the employer’s portion of social security or Medicare tax.
Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate: Complete Form W-4 so that your employer can withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay.
Use this form to provide your correct TIN to the person who is required to file an information return with the IRS to report, for example, income paid to you, real estate transactions, mortgage interest you paid, acquisition or abandonment of secured property, cancellation of debt, or contributions you made to an IRA.
Employers must complete this form to document verification of the identity and employment authorization of each new employee (both citizen and noncitizen) hired after November 6, 1986, to work in the United States.
